💶 REQUIREMENTS
Security deposit (paid during the contract signature process).
Admin fee (paid per person during the contract signature process).
The last month's rent must be paid in advance with contract signature.
All security deposits, the last month's rent, and administrative fees must be paid directly to the landlord.
Bills included.
Cleaning fee of 30€/month (weekly cleaning).
An additional tenant is possible at 100€/month.

📜 CONTRACT GUIDELINES
1. Proof of identity required (ID, passport, or driver’s license).
2. Indicate all persons renting or checking in during the booking process.
3. Security deposit to be paid during the contract signature process and refunded upon satisfactory checkout.
4. Rent must be paid by the 20th of the previous month.
5. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property.

• Payments are processed securely, with funds released 24 hours after your check-in, ensuring you can inspect the property before confirmation.

We work with biweekly contracts, however, the tenant will have to pay the last month’s rent in full. It works as follows: A full final rent payment is collected at check-in, with the adjustment made during the month preceding the final month of the stay, when only half of the rent is due.
