Important information:
The property is intended exclusively for temporary and residential stays.

To complete the reservation, guests will be required to:
• Sign a basic temporary rental agreement
• Provide identification or passport for all guests
• Pay a refundable security deposit of €1,000

The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided the property is returned in good condition and all house rules have been respected.

House rules:
• Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited
• Guests are kindly asked to respect the residential environment and community rules
• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
• The maximum number of authorised guests may not be exceeded
• Pets only upon prior consultation
• Responsible use of utilities, furniture and communal areas is required
• Any serious damage or breach of the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund

Check-out:
Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:
• Leave used towels grouped in one of the bathrooms
• Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins
• Turn off lights and air conditioning
• Leave the keys inside the property and ensure the door is properly closed
