We are specifically looking for doctors, senior executives, consultants, and university-level academics or researchers who require a reliable base in Lisbon during the working week.

Use is strictly limited to weekdays
The space is not available for weekend or leisure stays

Private room in a modern, architect-designed, high-quality apartment
Shared use of kitchen and balcony
However, the owner is rarely present during the week

We are only considering professionals who meet the following criteria:
Established professionals (medical, executive, academic or equivalent senior roles)
Working in Lisbon on a weekly or rotational basis
Maintain a primary residence outside Lisbon or outside commuting range
Highly respectful of quiet, order, and privacy
No interest in social gatherings, parties, or non-professional use of the space
Comfortable with a calm, structured, and discreet living environment
