It is rented for medium-to-long-term periods (min 3-max. 18 months) to students and workers who can demonstrate adequate income or with appropriate guarantees, for whom a temporary lease agreement will be signed.

The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), therefore it is freely accessible by car only at certain times/days (weekdays from 8 PM to 8 AM, Saturdays after 4 PM, Sundays and public holidays all day).
