This is a private bedroom (no flat-sharing) located on the second floor (no elevator). The kitchen is not private. The kitchen is shared with other tenants. The kitchen is located on the 3rd floor.

There are the following items: small wardrobe, TV, window blinds, curtains, window.

The private bathroom en-suite is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower-box and toilet wc. The bed is 140x200 cm.
There is a small bedside table, lamp, and a small desk.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out: Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
