This allows us the necessary time to inspect the property and finalize any outstanding utility bills (bi-monthly/tri-monthly), unless a flat-rate utility fee is agreed upon in advance.

Deposit & Final Cleaning: A security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€80 for rooms / €100 for apartments and studios).

Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee.

Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in.

Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in.
