Guaranteed isolation:
• All staircases to 1F physically locked
• No common access with 1F residents
• Locked door between 2F kitchen & accessible bedroom
• 1F tenants have their own separate entrance and no access to your villa floors or pool

Pool Usage

Shared courtyard facilities:
• Swimming pool (adjacent to 1F windows — exclusive to guests)
• Recommended hours: 9:00–20:00
• Blackout roller blinds in all bedrooms

Tenants are responsible for the use of the property; please ensure the furniture and structure remain the same as when you checked in before checking out. Barbecue grills are only permitted in designated areas; otherwise, additional cleaning fees may apply. Smoking is prohibited in the property and will be subject to extra cleaning fees.
