Founded in 1960, this residence warmly welcomes university students and young workers from around the world into a calm, safe, leafy environment just outside the centre of Rome 🌿👭

The 22 m2 room offers:
• two twin beds pushed together to form a comfortable double bed 🛏️
• a private bathroom 🚿
• a desk for studying 📚
• a wardrobe
• a mini fridge

Cleaning is provided twice a month, including fresh bed linen and one set of bath towels.

Residents share a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge area, a laundry room (not included in the room rent), and a quiet garden – perfect for relaxing after class ☕🌳

Wi-Fi is included, as well as all energy charges, and on-site support/concierge is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
There is no curfew: residents have 24/7 access 🔑

Access and transport 🚆🚌
• La Giustiniana train station (FL3), about 10 minutes on foot, with direct connections to San Pietro, Trastevere, Ostiense, and Tiburtina.
• Bus lines 201 and 223 by day, N201 at night; the “Cassia/LEGA” stop is right in front of the building.
• Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk 🛒☕
