This is a mini studio flat located in a building in the center close to the main railway station.

The place does NOT have a proper kitchen.
The Lessor can get to the tenants (if available) a microwave, kettle, small stove for cooking and kitchen tools (cutlery, pans, pots, cups, glasses).


Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
