All reservations must start and end on Thursdays.
You may arrive later or leave earlier, but unused days are non-refundable.

After booking on HousingAnywhere, you'll need to register in the house provider's app to receive your entry code and set up payment details.

💳 Rent is charged every 4 weeks, not monthly. The price shown on HousingAnywhere covers 4 weeks only, so an additional amount may be required to align with monthly payments.

📆 For stays longer than 8 weeks:

First 4-week prepayment via HousingAnywhere.
The housing provider will charge directly:
Every 4 weeks (credit card required)
Final cleaning (€200)
Deposit (€200)
City tax (€133) before check-in.

First 4-week prepayment via HousingAnywhere.
Any remaining balance for up to 4 weeks will be charged separately by the housing provider.
