Villa Sa Nuschera is a sumptuous representative villa located in the center of Porto Cervo, a few steps from the famous Piazzetta and from the waterfront promenade. The villa is on two levels: on the ground floor you immediately enter in a large and very welcoming living area that overlooks the splendid veranda furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Outside there is also a large dining table overlooking the beautiful garden. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a further terrace with barbecue and serves the internal dining room. A small guest bathroom completes the living area. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds both with private bathrooms.An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooks the large terrace from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of Porto Cervo and the marina. Another double bedroom shares the bathroom with a bedroom with 2 single beds, and the situation is ideal for a couple with children.Another strength of the house is a large and well-kept garden that surrounds the house.The house also has a room with a bathroom for the staff and a laundry room.Air conditioning throughout the sleeping area and Wi-Fi everywhere.There is the possibility to ask for a cradle and/or a high chair.
