Following booking confirmation, completing a background credit check via a provided link is mandatory.

Background Check & Documentation Requirements:
-Evaluation of the credit profile is required.
-Uploading tax documents to demonstrate the ability to pay rent regularly.
-Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
-Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

CHECK-IN E CHIUSURA CONTRATTO
Check-in solo dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 14:30 alle 18:30: nessun check-in il sabato, la domenica e nei giorni festivi.
Alla chiusura del contratto è prevista una tassa fissa di 150 €.
