- 3 well-equipped kitchens, each with its own fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, mini vacuum cleaner, laundry machine and ironing equipment, plus fresh bread delivery upon request 🍔
- 6 clean and tidy bathrooms, some with air dryer🛁
- Several fire extinguishers and security equipment 🧯
- A small and fresh urban garden, with plants, chairs, tables, a mini-pool and an outdoor shower 🏡
- A comfortable TV & Movies Room, with a sofa, pillows, board games, comics, graphic novels, and free access to movies channels 🎶🧩🎲
