Located on Carrer de Fontrodona, Poble Sec, in a lively and well-connected area of Barcelona, close to Paral·lel metro station, Montjuïc, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday services.

Each room is registered to one authorized resident only. Access cannot be shared with another person, partner or additional occupant.

The electronic lock also includes an alert/alarm system in case of improper manipulation, helping us maintain a safer and more controlled living environment for all residents.
