Rental cost:
The rent is 640 euro for each single room all inclusive (condominium fees, water, electricity, heating, gas, and garbage tax / TARI). Only internet is optional (about 14 euro per tenant).

Rental Duration & Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements depend on your start date. For rooms available for:
• September Move-ins: Minimum stay of 12 months.
• October Move-ins: Minimum stay of 11 months.
• Please note: Shorter stays will not be accepted for September or October start dates.
• Other Move-in Dates: If the room is available at a different time of year, minimum stay terms vary. Please send a message directly to inquire before requesting a booking.

Check-in & Payment Terms
There is an administration fee as indicated in the payment plan.
The last month of rent must be paid in advance prior or at your check-in date. This payments can be settled directly with the host via bank transfer or cash.
