Casa Girgolu is located just 5 minutes drive from all the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro, in fact you can easily reach both the beach of Porto Taverna and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, so much so that it has been given the nickname of " Tahiti "and both the beach of Cala Brandinchi.The villa is completely independent and with a sea view on the Porto Taverna beach. It also has a lovely private garden as well as outdoor spaces, verandas, barbecue, solarium and private parking space.From the gate you enter the garden and then the veranda, where you will be enchanted by the colors of the Porto Taverna beach, with the white of the beach and the turquoise of the sea. The veranda is habitable, has a lovely pergola and connects with the other part of the garden and with the barbecue area.The terrace is connected to a sliding door, which can be left open thus connecting the outside to the inside. This leads to the living area, very neat and with high finishes. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge and dining area are distinct and the fireplace very elegant. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
