Stylish Furnished Room in Charming 2-Room Apartment in Motzener Strasse in Berlin on the 6th floor

Are you looking for a comfortable and stylish home in one of Berlin's most popular areas? Then this offer is perfect for you! In our modernly furnished 2-room apartment at Motzener Strasse, we have a beautiful, furnished room available for rent. The entire apartment spans 64m2 and combines urban charm with modern comfort.

The available room is a spacious 19m2, offering plenty of space for personalization and relaxation. A highlight of this room is the private balcony, where you can unwind at the end of the day, enjoy fresh air, or simply take in the pleasant view of the green surroundings.

If a balcony is not essential for you, we also offer another equally cozy room without a balcony, which can be rented for a lower price per month than this specific room. Both rooms are tastefully furnished and fully equipped, ready for you to move in immediately. The furniture has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and comfortable living environment.

Also, there is a small storage box in the basement of the house, which the 2 tenants of this apartment share. It goes with the apartment and is included in the rent.

In case you have a car, you can rent a car parking space for 80€ / month. This would be outside. Additionally, you could rent a small garage, where a car fits perfectly well into. In this case, we ask for 120€ / month.

The location on Motzener Strasse is ideal for city lovers. You will live in a quiet yet central area with excellent public transport connections. Shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to access everything you need.
Don’t hesitate and secure this fantastic offer! We look forward to showing you your new home.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
