Rental Conditions:
There is an additional monthly cleaning fee of 15€ per room. Weekly cleaning services is provided for the common areas of the apartment.
There is an administration fee of 50€ (One-time, non-refundable) which hs to be paid along with the security deposit.
Bills are NOT inclusive in the rent amount. All the monthly bills are to be divided equally between all the rooms of the apartment and are to be paid separately.
The rent amount is for ONE person ONLY. For the second tenant there is a monthly additional cost of 30€ which totals the rent amount to 510€ per month.
