Aria condizionata e wifi illimitato. Meravigliose viste di tetti e torri dalle ampie finestre ed ampia luminosità circodano la casa. L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.

Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 300-350€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi. Con un consumo normale, non avrai costi aggiuntivi.
