Attic apartment 5 minutes walk from the S. Ursula Polyclinic, a short distance from the historic city center and many university faculties and John Hopkins University.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift only up to the fifth floor, the last ramp must therefore be tackled on foot.
It consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, dining table, equipped kitchen, two independent and spacious bedrooms with double bed, desk and large wardrobe.
The bathroom with Venetian stucco walls and marble elements is equipped with a shower and bidet. Unlimited wifi internet, air conditioning and use of washing machine. Towels and bed linens included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations. It is our commitment to ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free, and the administration costs allow us to maintain this high standard of service.
